This is a solid class for agents who want to sell new construction and build their credentials with builders, or for agents who may have new construction buyers and need to understand the new home sales process. You’ll learn about construction elements and design trends, financing and valuation, marketing and outreach strategies. The class includes a field trip to a new construction site.
