Our instructors, members of the Two Rivers Soil & Water Conservation District staff, will lead us through a presentation on riparian corridors and the permitting thereof, wetlands and wetland mitigation, wetland issues homeowners and developers face when purchasing land that may already be designated as a wetland or has the potential to be designated as such, how wetlands are determined and logged or registered and their value to the watershed, water rights – agricultural and domestic, and water quality – agricultural, non-agricultural, urban and forested.
