This class will look at the basic types of factory-buiilt housing including the Next Generation "ChoiceHome", a new type of home that is built to HUD codes but incorporates a series of site-built features. We'll also look at the specific requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA for both traditional manufacturted homes and the Next Generation models, and the new Manufactured Home Quality Rating Worksheet.
